  • I had been in touch with Simon a while asking about the possibility of Polish management as my current management company were really quite average and although honest (which is a start), only really offered half a service as i found myself having to check rent had been paid, arrange all sorts of tax matters, service charges and insurance which is a headache at the best of times. It seems Simon has all this sorted and simply takes over the apartment, sorts everything out and tells me at the end of the month the balance. This is perfect as it has saved me loads of time trying to figure out how to do bank transfers, when tax is due and amending standing orders should some service charge change. In a nutshell.... i can really recommend his company
