Our knowledgeable team have completed thousands of rentals over the years. We actively attract a wide range of tenants, from locals, to international students and corporate tenants, through a range of marketing activities. We cover short, mid and long term rentals.

Many owners that come to us are not getting enough rent, for a variety of reasons such as not having up to date market knowledge, poorly formed rental contracts and ineffective negotiation techniques.

Our rental contracts are as secure as they can be and are written to protect landlords interests. Our standard rental contract includes, for example, clauses that require tenants to pay for minor fixes in the property, late rent payment penalties and penalties for any damage. Furthermore, we usually take higher deposits than the market standard.

Owning an investment property means you have to take care of many different things, especially once a tenant moves in. As well as finding a tenant you need to deal with utility bills, taxes, track rents, negotiations, chasing the tenant, maintenance, legal contracts, insurance, accountancy and many more things besides.   • I had been in touch with Simon a while asking about the possibility of Polish management as my current management company were really quite average and although honest (which is a start), only really offered half a service as i found myself having to check rent had been paid, arrange all sorts of tax matters, service charges and insurance which is a headache at the best of times. It seems Simon has all this sorted and simply takes over the apartment, sorts everything out and tells me at the end of the month the balance. This is perfect as it has saved me loads of time trying to figure out how to do bank transfers, when tax is due and amending standing orders should some service charge change. In a nutshell.... i can really recommend his company
