With this service, we are becoming the main tenant for your property and sign a rental contract directly with you. It is a long-term contract signed for 3-5 years. We pay you the agreed fixed monthly rent, no matter if the property is rented or vacant. We take the risk of all void periods and non-paying tenants.

We are also fully responsible for paying all the bills for your property including service charges and utilities. We transfer the bills into our name.

Furthermore, we take full responsibility for organising and paying for current maintenance issues that result from normal wear and tear.

The only thing we ask owners for is permission to sublet the property and this is just simple clause in rental contract.
