Both rooms are very quiet, because they facing backyard and its perfectly shielded from surrounding rush streets.
In the bathroom you can find bathtub, toilette, sink and washing machine. In closet there are storage compartments installed for more effective usage of space. Electric plug-in is there too, so clothes dryer can be connected.
Apartment will be newly painted. Heating is provided centrally and thanks to this the monthly bills are just 3.500 CZK/month per 4 persons (currently for two adults and Two children; including electricity).
