Czech Country Manager – Prague

Sim Property is looking for a dynamic and well organised individual to help both manage and grow all aspects our property business throughout the Czech & Slovak Republic’s over the coming years.

Role would include:

  • Initially to start in a senior property manager & senior real estate agent role, working closely with the current country manager, and over a 3-6 month period transition into the position of country manager once sufficiently trained
  • day to day management of the Prague office + coordination of all business activities in CZ & SK
  • managing (inc hiring/firing) staff inc property managers/real estate agents

  • deal with contracts (employment, property sale, rental contracts, partnerships)

Business Development Manager – Prague

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to help us continue to grow our portfolio of clients throughout the world.

The role combines a mix of tasks from sales, account management and marketing with the ultimate goal of finding new clients and selling them one of our many services.

The ideal candidate would be:

  • A native English speaker
  • Able to demonstrate previous sales or marketing success, particularly phone based
  • Comfortable with dealing with clients over the telephone
  • Able to source own leads for new business, with some experience of business networking
  • Previous experience in the real estate market would be advantageous, but is not of key importance

Of most interest to us are the following skills:

  • Effective communication over the telephone
  • Ability to build a team and deliver results
  • Ability to quickly assimilate and retain market knowledge
  • Ability to transform interest in our product into a closed sale of service

The successful candidate will be responsible for all areas of business development, particularly selling properties to our investor clients. We will provide contacts and leads, but we will also expect the successful candidate to develop the professional relationships necessary to help us achieve our goals.

The salary has an attractive uncapped commission structure.
